Follow this process to change the login password for your ETM Dashboard account.
Note that this is not the local admin password for an NG Firewall or Micro Edge appliance.
Changing your ETM Dashboard account password
- Login to ETM Dashboard.
- Click on Account and then My Account.
- From the left menu select Preferences and you’ll be able to view the password reset form:
- Enter your new password, confirm the password and click the Save button.
You will not be able to click the Save button until you have entered a new password, confirmed the password, and both passwords match.
- You’ll receive a notification that your password was changed and you will be asked to login again.
