How to update billing/shipping address


This article describes how to make changes to your addresses, both billing and shipping.

IMPORTANT: Shipping address changes made here will not affect any orders currently in progress. Please contact your Sales representative if shipping information needs to be updated for a current order.

Managing addresses

  1. Login to ETM Dashboard.
  2. Click on Account and then My Account.
  3. Select Address from the menu on the left.   
  4.  In the provided address fields, make any necessary updates to billing or shipping address.billing_address.png
  5. Click the Save button. 
    NOTE:  Save is only available if changes have been made.
