How to resend a user invite in Command Center

Overview 

If for some reason a User did not receive the email invite to your Command Center account, you can resend the invitation. For details on adding and inviting users to your account, see Adding users to your Command Center account.

Resending an invitation

To resend an invitation:

  1. Click on Account -> My Account.
  2. Select Users from the menu on the left. 
  3. Review the Status column to confirm the user's status. If the user did not accept the invitation, the status is invited.
  4. Check the box for the user who did not receive the Command Center email invite.
  5. Click the Resend Invite button.

Once the user accepts the invite, their status changes to active.
