Connect Your Server to the Untangle Cloud

Starting with Untangle NGFW version 12.1, you'll be able to pull important information from your server into your "Servers" tab on Untangle.com. Things like the server's time zone, platform, host name, free disk space, and more will all be available once connected. If you're seeing "N/A" instead of this information, this is likely the cause.

In order to utilize this new feature, you'll need to enable your server's connection to the Untangle cloud. You can do this from the server's GUI by going to Config > System > Support tab. At the top of that page, you'll see check boxes to enable secure remote access and the Untangle cloud connection. Check the box labeled "Connect to Untangle cloud" like in the screenshot below:

Once that's done, your server will be able to communicate with the Untangle Cloud, making valuable information available from within your Untangle.com My Account dashboard.
