Request a copy of your data

  1. Login to Command Center.

  2. Click on Account > My Account.

  3. Select Settings from the menu on the left or CLICK HERE to load the Settings page directly.

  4. At the bottom of the Settings page, click the blue Request Copy button.request_copy_button.png

  5. You should then receive a message acknowledging the request. A copy of the data will be sent to the account owner's email address. request_copy_succuss.png
