In Command Center, Untangle has added the ability to create Alert Rules. These alerts can be configured to notify administrators, via any configured channel, whenever a specific event occurs.
For example, when an Untangle appliance in your account goes offline (stops calling home), or when an infected computer is discovered on the network, an Alert Rule can trigger an email and page technicians.
This allows your organization to respond to events 24x7 and possibly resolve issues before your customer is affected.
