The most common cause of that admin alert is the NGFW does not have 'Connect to Command Center' enabled in Config > System > Support:
If that option is enabled, you might try connecting your NGFW to Command Center manually.
- Click the silhouette icon in the top right-hand corner and select Account Settings:
- This will bring you to a Command Center login page; log into your Command Center account normally.
If that doesn't help, it's something upstream. If there's another firewall or routing device upstream of your NGFW, please ensure that that device is configured to allow completely unrestricted & unfiltered outbound access to the NGFW's external IP address.
