Untangle Appliance Disconnected Alert

You may receive various emails stating that your NGFW device is offline. However, this is always due to the fact that your device is not reaching the Untangle Command Center, and not necessarily an indication that the device itself is offline. This is due to Untangle alerts regarding device connectivity being checked specifically for if the NGFW is able to reach the Untangle Command Center. You can always test this under Config > Network > Troubleshooting > Ping Test to determine if the device is able to reach out to internet resources.
